The Banker, the renowned Financial Times magazine, has awarded NBK for “The Best Deal of the Year 2005” in Kuwait for its role in Financing the $ 3.5 billion acquisition of Celltel by MTC.NBK also arranged a $ 2.4 billion rights issue for MTC.
