Fund Objective & Strategy The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve superior private equity returns by making indirect private equity investments in companies in India and in countries in South, Southwest and Southeast Asia. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by following a two-prong investment strategy:   Investing in high quality private equity funds ("PE Funds") that are making investments in India and other countries in South Asia "Primary Investments",   Purchasing interests on the secondary market in matured PE Funds that have attractive valuations "Secondary Investments".
