NBK ONLINE APPLICATION

College Education Account is designed for parents who wish to have an account that will both finance and secure their children's college studies. This account is specifically designed in association with ALICO, the leading insurance company in Kuwait.
 
Planning for this account is simple:

  • Select a target amount between KD 5,000 (or 15,000 USD )to KD 50,000(150,000 USD)
  • Choose   the target time period between 3 to 21 years.
  • Plan on saving a set amount each month to deposit into this account.
  • The small monthly savings combined with our guaranteed interest rates will give you the target amount at maturity.
  • College education  account is ideal for customers between the ages of 20 and 60.
Some of the benefits of the college education account include:
  • In the event of natural death or PTD (permanent total disability) (sickness) during this period, NBK will keep the target amount and give it to your beneficiary at target period.
    During that period , your beneficiary will receive KD100 per month for a period of 60 months from the date of death
  • In the event of accidental  death or accidental  PTD (permanent total disability )during this period, NBK will keep the target amount plus and  give it to your beneficiary at target period.

Target amount plus applied in case of accident is equal:

  • At the date of  accidental death or accidental PTD , the accumulated amount in  education college account at Alico will pay the double of the difference between the target amount and accumulated amount to NBK
  • The total amount is the target amount plus which NBK will keep it till target period
  • If no death or PTD (permanent total disability )at target period , you will get the target amount only
