NBK Instabuys is designed to help you make high value purchases instantly and pay for it over a extended period without interest.

Instabuys is available to you only on your NBK Credit Card program and has been developed in collaboration with some of the leading retail establishments, health clubs, hospitals etc. in Kuwait.

The process steps are as Follows:

• Visit any of our participating outlets and choose the product you want to buy
• Decide on the term for which you would like to pay these installments (available from a choice of 3,6,10 or 12 months)
• Go to the cash counter and inform the cashier that you would like to avail of Instabuys.
  The cashier will call NBK and seek an approval, you maybe required to speak to an NBK officer
• On approval of your transaction by NBK, the cashier will take a imprint of your credit card and request for your signature
• Sign the charge slip and collect your goods
  

How does it work?
NBK will set aside the full amount of the purchase from your credit card limit, however you will pay 0% interest on the amount. Although you will see on your Watani Online statement that the total amount is taken in full from your credit card account, actually the total amount is blocked and you will be billed only the monthly installment each month.

As you keep paying your installments each month, you will find that your limit keeps increasing by the same amount as your installment.
An example:

• If your card limit is KD 2000
• You make a purchase of KD 1000 and the installment period is 10 months
• Your monthly installment will be KD 100 (KD 1000/10)
• Your card account will be blocked for KD 1000

You will see on your Watani Online that your limit is shown as KD 1000 and the whole amount of KD 1000 from your purchase is taken but in your monthly statement you will billed only KD 100.
