Housing Loan From Lebanon
The Housing Loan helps you finance the purchase of your apartment in Lebanon
- Finance up to 70% of the property value
- Loan amount up to USD 250,000
- Repayment period from 3 to 15 years
- Availability of a pre- payment facility
- Reduced balance interest rate reviewed yearly
- Minimum eligible salary is KD 600
- Maximum installment not to exceed 35% of your monthly salary
- Salary must be transferred to NBK, and salary continuation certification from your employer is required
- Loans are granted only to ready to sell apartments with title deed
Housing Loan customers are entitled to additional benefits:
- 50% discount on their MasterCard annual fees from Lebanon for the total years of the loan.
- Waiver of the account minimum balance requirement fee
