Medical Claim Procedures

Claims could be in hospital or out patient.

Bring your original bills.
Have the Claim Form signed by the doctor or bring a detailed medical report.
Present all documents to Alico in Kuwait upon your arrival.

Documents required for Claim

Flight Delay

Claim Form.
Flight delay(over 6 hours)confirmation from the airline.
Original bills and receipt of emergency purchases of needs/refreshments t hotel expenses/airport transfers, etc) up to max. KD 30 per each delay with maximum of
5 delays per trip covered under the policy.

Baggage Loss (Checked , Control and Custody of Common Carrier)

Medical Expenses Claim

Baggage Delay

Repatriation of Remains

Death certification
Export letter by compentent authority allowing the body to be sent out of country
Airway bill from the airline accepting to repatriate the body
Original bills for cargo charges and cost of preparing the body for repatriation

Please note all notification of claims must be made to ALICO within a period of 20 days from the date of the claim /return to Kuwait.
