ePIN is an electronic Personal Identification Number for customers whose online banking needs include international and local transfers and bill payments (excluding credit card payment.)
- You can request an ePIN from the Balance Information page and pick it up from your branch after 3 working days.
Branches will destroy ePIN slips after 60 days of the date of request.
- Once you receive your ePin, log onto Watani Online with your existing password and click on the 'Activate ePIN' icon and follow the online instructions.
Make sure you create a totally new password, one that has never been used on Watani Online. Use this new password to access Watani Online.
- Your new password will be linked to a security question and answer.
- Should you forget your password you will need to answer your security question to obtain full access.
- Should you forget the response to your security question, you will be given read only access and will be required to request a new ePin.
- If you loose your ePin before activating it, you will need to click on the "lost/damaged' icon and request a new ePin.
