New Rule on Watani Online

In order to increase security we have changed the password rules on Watani Online.

Customers who do not log onto Watani Online at least 1 time each month will be asked to create a new password.  To avoid this make sure you log onto Watani Online at least 1 time in 60 days.  In doing so you will not be asked to change your password.

To create a new password:

- Go to create a new password
- Enter your ATM card number and pin number
- Answer your security question correctly*  (if you have an ePin)
- Choose a new password that you have never used on Watani Online
- Enter the required information
- Login to Watani online with your new password

* If you answer your security question 3 times incorrectly, you will lose your ePin and will
   have to request it again on Watani Online and pick it up from the branch after 3 days.
