Qiyada Program

Qiyada Program is a specialized initiative designed to empower Bahraini graduates through immersive, real-world exposure across NBK core banking functions.

This tailored program offers participants a unique opportunity to gain strategic insight and practical experience in the banking industry guiding them toward meaningful career paths and cultivating the next generation of banking professionals.

More than just job shadowing, the program provides a holistic and end-to-end understanding of the banking landscape, equipping participants with the knowledge, skills and clarity to navigate and thrive in a dynamic financial environment.

Structured, world-class training in key banking disciplines, complemented by a comprehensive Core Skills Bootcamp.

The applicant will gain practical exposure through structured, KPI-driven on-the-job training within NBK main banking functions, offering a well-rounded foundation in real-world banking operations and professional development, which include Treasury, Retail, Corporate and Transformation.

• Applicant must be Bahraini national
• Open to applicants who graduated within the past 3 years 
• Program duration is six months, applicants who discontinue before completing the program will be required to pay a fee
• A degree in: Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics and other Business streams 
• Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or above
