At National Bank of Kuwait (International) PLC we are working hard to ensure that the service we offer our customers continues smoothly. At the same time we are doing everything we can to ensure our customers and staff are kept as safe as possible.
Many of our staff are now working remotely, but they remain contactable and can carry out their tasks through secure online connections.
All of our customer-facing departments are operating and customers can still use ATMs, visit our branch in Portman Square, and make and receive payments. Our Treasury department is also able to operate. Please note that due to the current situation we have reduced the branch opening hours, new working hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00.
Customers who have online banking can access their accounts, check their balances and make payments. Customers can register for online banking through this website. Please click on the “Personal” tab on this webpage and then on “Ways to Bank/NBK Online Banking”. This will take you to where you can login and register as a new user.
We have good business continuity arrangements in place, which have worked well in the current crisis. We continue to keep a close eye on developments and will update this message as the situation changes.
The uncertainty and disruption caused by COVID-19 is being exploited by fraudsters. We urge all our customers to be extra vigilant, particularly if contacted by anyone asking for your PINs or passwords. We will never contact you and ask for this information.
