Submitting Complaints

The customer complaints Unit will solve your problem as efficiently and quickly as possible, just submit your complaint using the following methods:

  1. Visit our Main Branch located in Mecca Street and place your complaint in the customer complaint Box
  2. Contact us on our free landline number: 080022640 from a landline inside Jordan or on landline number: (+962) 65800450 from a landline or mobile inside and/or outside Jordan within the Bank’s official working hours (from 8 am till 3:30 pm). If a call is received after Bank’s official working hours, customer Complaint Unit will contact you the next working day to obtain your complaint.  
  3. Mail your complaint to P.O.Box 941297 Amman 11194 Jordan.
