The customer complaints Unit will solve your problem as efficiently and quickly as possible, just submit your complaint using the following methods:
- Visit our Main Branch located in Mecca Street and place your complaint in the customer complaint Box
- Contact us on our free landline number: 080022640 from a landline inside Jordan or on landline number: (+962) 65800450 from a landline or mobile inside and/or outside Jordan within the Bank’s official working hours (from 8 am till 3:30 pm). If a call is received after Bank’s official working hours, customer Complaint Unit will contact you the next working day to obtain your complaint.
