2. In our aim to deliver your NBK Credit or Debit Card to your home while taking precautionary measures to ensure your safety, our courier service provider follows strict standards of hygiene and safety, from wearing a medical mask and gloves, to leaving a safe distance with you when delivering the envelope. To further protect yourself, we recommend you follow these steps:
 - Wear gloves when receiving the envelope
 - Use your own pen when asked to sign any documents at delivery
 - Open the envelope and then sterilize the card
 - Wash your hands

 Afterwards, call NBK Contact Center at 1801801 to activate your new card.

 

3. In light of the current circumstances in Kuwait, please note that NBK will postpone the installments of consumer loans and credit cards for six months for all NBK Customers. All interests, and fees arising from this postponement will be waived.

 

4. KNET is waiving fees on the following channels for the next 3 months:
 - POS Machines
 - Online payments for debit cards
 - ATM/CDM Transactions
