NBK is now proudly serving customers at The Avenues and Kuwait International Airport T4 Branch with a new Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). This is a cutting-edge service enabling you, our valued customers, to talk directly to an NBK Agent for assistance with financial services using audio and video conferencing.

This means access to NBK when the Branches are closed, and no more waiting in Branches to perform simple and quick transactions. At NBK, we know that time is precious and we want to make banking an easy and simple experience for you.

This service ensures privacy and security, and is easy and convenient to use. A dedicated NBK Agent will assist with any questions during your session.
