NBK - Egypt can now finance your green project with a loan amount up to 80% of total investment cost with repayment period of up to 7 years.

Corporates of the following eligible sectors:

• Pollution abatement projects in the industrial sector
• Green buildings
• Technology and smart energy systems
• Renewable and clean energy 
• Energy efficiency and cogeneration 
• Sustainable infrastructure 
• Waste management, recycling and reuse of resources
• Water conservation, treatment and recycling
• Sustainable transportation 
• ECO-labelled organic products

• Financing variety of green projects: sustainable transportation, green buildings, energy efficiency, renewable energy, pollution abatement, waste management and water conservation
• Loan amount is up to 80% of total investment cost
• Loan tenor: 5 to 7 years with grace period up to 2 years
• Disbursement method: tranche based or through lump- sum
• LC & IDC: discounted by 0.5% from the standards rate
