Balance Transfer

You can now use your NBK Credit Card to pay off the outstanding balances on your accounts and credit cards at other banks in installments up to 36 months.

This service is for all NBK - Egypt Credit Cardholders.

You can transfer up to 85% of your available balance at NBK Credit Card to your accounts or credit cards at any other bank and pay the amount in installments up to 36 months.

To avail this service, simply apply for NBK Credit Card.

Call 19336 and inform the employee with the following:

• The required transfer amount
• The beneficiary bank name
• The credit card or account number
• The installment plan

• NBK Credit Cardholders with minimum limit of EGP 20,000 and active can benefit from this service
• Customer can transfer up to 85% of their available balance to their accounts or credit cards at any other bank
• Customer is the sole beneficiary and can’t transfer to other beneficiaries
• Only the cardholder can request this service (primary cardholder can’t request service for supplementary cards)
• The service can be installed across 3, 6, 12, 18, 24 or 36 months
