Visa Airport Companion App

Travel all over the world and use the app to relax at over 1300 airport lounges in more than 500 cities all around the world.

Visa Airport Companion app is available for the eligible NBK Visa Credit Cardholders.

NBK Visa Platinum Credit Cards:
Enjoy 6 lounge visits or dining offers*.

• When making an international transaction of at least USD 5 (or equivalent) every 3 calendar months, online or in-store

NBK Visa Infinite Credit Cards:
Enjoy unlimited lounge visits with 1 guest*.

• When making an international transaction of at least USD 5 (or equivalent) every 3 calendar months, online or in-store
   

* Once the required spending amount is met, lounge access will be enabled for the next three months.

Download Visa Airport Companion app:

• Google Play
• App store
   

• Download the Visa Airport Companion app through the App Store or Google Play
• Sign up and complete the registration information
• Once the registration information is filled out, a 6-digit code will be sent to your mobile number or email address for verification
• After successful verification, create a password to be directed to the main home page of the app
   

• Once registration is completed, upon any lounge visit present your membership QR code to the lounge staff using the Visa Airport Companion app
• The membership QR code can be accessed by clicking “Membership” on the app’s home screen
   

If you do not make a minimum international transaction of USD 5 every 3 months on your card, fees will apply to access the lounge.

• Visit the Visa Airport Companion app to learn more about the eligible lounge to visit depending on your eligible NBK Visa Card
• If the lounge access is at a capacity, access cannot be granted. You can use the app to check for an alternative lounge
