To improve physical health, NBK partnered with Wara Hospital to provide employees with specialized on-site medical care including first aid and occupational health. We are committed to promoting employee fitness. NBK has collaborated with Inspire Health Club to operate NBK’s on-site gym.
Prioritizing employee mental well-being, a dedicated well-being page was established on NBK Learning Hub with six programs that focused on managing stress, diversity at the workplace, understanding emotions, well-being at work, fostering mutual respect, as well as ways of increasing wellbeing.
