We would draw to your attention that NBKI is a separate legal entity from its parent company based in Kuwait NBK. Although NBKI's Private Banking services are provided under the brand name of NBK Wealth, all relevant laws and regulations of the United Kingdom as well as NBKI terms and conditions will still be in effect.
