  U.S.$1,000,000,000 Senior Unsecured Notes (the "Notes") For the Regulation S Notes, the ISIN is XS2386563469. For the Rule 144A Notes, the ISIN is US62877PAB04 issued by NBK SPC Limited (the "Issuer") and guaranteed by National Bank of Kuwait S.A.K.P. Notice is hereby given to holders of the Notes that all outstanding Notes will be redeemed by the Issuer on 15 September 2026 at their outstanding principal amount, together with interest accrued to but excluding the date of redemption, in accordance with Condition 8.3 of the Notes.
