How Can I Access It?
To load your NBK Card, please follow the below simple steps:
Through NBK Online Banking:
- Select the prepaid card from the Account Overview list
- Select "Load Option"
- Enter the amount you wish to load and click "Load"
- Click "Confirm"
Through NBK Mobile Banking:
- Select the prepaid card you wish to load
- Select "Load" from the toolbar
- Select "My Accounts"
- Enter the amount and click "Next"
- Select "Confirm"
Through NBK Mobile Banking Using KNET:
- Select the card you want to load
- Select the "Load" option
- Choose KNET as load method
- Input desired amount and click "Next"
- Confirm details
- Input card details on KNET payment portal and confirm
- Your card has been successfully loaded
