- The customer can submit an installment request through NBK Call Center after completing the purchase
- The customer can submit an installment request during the grace period of payment
- The purchase transaction date should be no later than the second day of the customer’s birthday
- The offer applies to in store or online purchases only
- The limit of total transactions is EGP 10,000
- 0% installment period is 6 months
- The offer will not apply on canceled or refunded transactions
- The offer does not include credit cards with late due payments
