You may experience some difficulties when using NBK Debit Cards (will be available with a lower withdrawal limit), NBK Prepaid Cards, NBK ATM and CDM, NBK Point of Sale (POS), WAMD Service, NBK Quick Pay, NBK Mobile Banking, NBK Online Banking, Digital Wallet Registration, SMS, and Some automated features provided by NBK Call Center. If you face any difficulty using our electronic channels, please contact us via NBK Call Center or NBK WhatsApp on 1801801 or on our NBK Social Media channels. Thank you for your cooperation.

• Closure of Kuwait International Airport (T1 & T4) Branches

  As a precautionary measure, please be informed that the Kuwait International Airport (T1 & T4) Branches are closed effective Wednesday, 3 June 2026, until further notice.

• Closure of NBK Branch at the PIFSS

  Please be informed that the NBK branch at the Public Institution for Social Security is closed until further notice. We will be pleased to serve our customers at the nearest available branch. All banking services remain available through the ITM service, NBK Self-Service branches, the Call Center, and all electronic channels.

• Beware of Fraud
