How Do I Get It?

    • Applicable fees and charges are determined based on the selected Q’go Concierge travel package and service.
    • For Jazeera Airways Travel Package
      To ensure smooth and efficient booking and travel experience, the following terms and conditions shall apply to all Jazeera Airways reservations arranged through Q’go Concierge:
    • 1- General Travel Procedures:
      • The travel service shall commence from the Mishref area. Passengers are required to be present at the designated location at least four (4) hours prior to the scheduled check-in time
      • Check-in procedures and issuance of boarding passes will be conducted in the Mishref area prior to departure
    • 2- Travel Arrangements Based on Visa Requirements:
      • Passengers not requiring a KSA visa:
        • Upon issuance of the boarding pass, passengers may proceed independently as they will be allowed to use their own vehicles to either Dammam or Qaisumah Airport, in accordance with the confirmed flight itinerary
      • Passengers requiring a KSA visa:
        • Upon issuance of the boarding pass, passengers must adhere to the approved travel procedures and join the designated Jazeera transport service (bus) to Dammam or Qaisumah Airport, as per the confirmed flight arrangements
    • 3- Travel Duration:
      • The estimated travel time between Mishref and Qaisumah Airport is approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes, excluding any potential waiting time at border crossings
    • 4- Required Documentation:
      • For Kuwaiti Nationals: 
        • Original passport and Copy of Civil ID
      • For Non-Kuwaiti Nationals: 
        • Original passport and Copy of Civil ID, with a valid residency of no less than 90 days 
        • Valid work exit permit 
    • 5- Booking Information:
      • Eligible NBK Customers may book Jazeera Airways flights 24/7 by contacting the dedicated concierge line at 1888125
