Visa Airport Companion app is available for the eligible NBK Visa Credit or Prepaid Cardholders.

With NBK Visa Infinite Credit Cards, you will enjoy unlimited complimentary airport lounge visits with one guest:

• The first 2 lounge visits are complimentary every year

To unlock the remaining unlimited visits, a minimum international transaction of USD 1 (or equivalent in any other currency) per year is required online or in-store.*

With NBK Visa Signature Credit and Prepaid Cards, you will enjoy 12 complimentary airport lounge visits:

• The first lounge visit is complimentary every year

To unlock the remaining 11 visits, a minimum international transaction of USD 1 (or equivalent in any other currency) per year is required online or in-store.*

With NBK Visa Platinum Credit and Prepaid Cards, you will enjoy 6 complimentary airport lounge visits.

You can access airport benefits with your eligible NBK Visa Credit or Prepaid Card through the Visa Airport Companion app.

• Download the Visa Airport Companion app through the App Store or Google Play starting from 1 October 2024
• Sign up and complete the registration information
• Once the registration information is filled out, a 6-digit code will be sent to your mobile number or email address for verification
• After successful verification, create a password to be directed to the main home page of the app
   

• Visit the Visa Airport Companion app to learn more about the eligible lounge to visit depending on your eligible NBK Visa Card
• If the lounge access is at a capacity, access cannot be granted. You can use the app to check for an alternative lounge
• If you have any queries or complaints, use the app and click on "Contact", then fill in the required fields

*International transactions may take up to 10 days to reflect on Visa Airport Companion app.
