FAQs
Fee will be waived if you spend KD 70 within 30 days of card issuance.
All you have to do is log in to NBK Mobile Banking App, where you will be able to view and redeem the points to get cashback.
You will be able to check the points earned on the 7th of each month.
Points will be calculated between the 8th and 14th of the following month for transactions posted from the first to the end of the previous month. Cashback transactions will be posted the day after the transaction is posted on the card statement.
**Payment should be done through the streaming app or website and not through any other service provider
