This feature is available for NBK Mobile Banking App users who would like to get a queue number prior to their arrival to the branch.
What Do I Get?
- You can get a queue number prior to branch arrival and choose any of the following:
- Select the branch
- Change the branch
- Choose the type of service
- Change the service
- Cancel the service
- If the branch is about to close, a message will be displayed informing you that you cannot get a number
- The service is available during the working hours of each branch. If you select a branch outside the working hours, a message will be displayed stating that the branch is closed and to get a number during the working hours of the branch
