Avoid Overdue Payments

About

Please ensure to make regular payments on your NBK Credit Card to avoid any usage disruption. Payments overdue by 60 days or more will result in the deactivation of your NBK Credit Card.

Overdue payments of 90 days or more, for the first time, will result in blocking of the credit card and can be reactivated only after 6 months of regular payments.  In case of repeated non- payment, your card will not be renewed until one year from the date of payment. If repeated for the third time, your card will be canceled and not renewed again.

How Do I Get It?

To make payments to your NBK Credit Card, follow these simple steps: 

Through NBK Online Banking

  • Select your NBK Credit Card on the Account Overview page
  • Select “Pay Now”
  • Enter the amount you wish to pay
  • Click “Pay” to confirm

Through NBK Mobile Banking

  • Select “Payments” from the side menu
  • Select “Cards”
  • Select the card you wish to pay
  • Enter the amount and tap “Pay”
  • Tap “OK” to confirm
