We always strive to provide new ways to enhance the banking experience for all our customers. With our new NBK Video Chat feature, you can have a live, face-to-face video call with a Service Officer, including service in sign language for customers with special needs. 

Access NBK Video Chat 7 days a week from 10AM to 3PM, on nbk.com or through the NBK Mobile Banking app.

What Can I Do?

With NBK Video Chat, you can speak to a Service Officer through a video call, to have all your queries about NBK’s products and services answered.

Our Service Officers are also able to provide service in sign language, if you require it.

What Do I Need?

To use NBK Video Chat, you will need an internet-connected mobile phone or computer, with a camera.

How Do I Sign Up?

Visit nbk.com and or open the NBK Mobile Banking app on your mobile device, and select Video Chat to launch the service.

NBK Video Chat is available every day of the week, from 10AM to 3PM.
