How Do I Get It?

    • The customer must be a Kuwaiti National 
    • The customer must be between 18-59 years old as this offer is not for retirees
    • The customer needs a minimum salary of 400 KD to get an offer
    • The customer must work in one of the following sectors:
      - One of the government sectors (those registered in CSC and others)
      - Those in the private sector (from non-recognized companies must have a salary of KD 750 and above including employment support, and a minimum of KD 400 for the company's salary)
      - Oil or military sector
    • Customers are only eligible for the gifts that were available during the period of the campaign 
    • The customer is required to provide a salary certificate and a certificate of continuity of salary transfer from the employer
    • Customer must sign a disclaimer form for any cash, miles, or device gift stating that the customer will continue transferring salary for at least 18 consecutive months from the date of transfer of the first salary 
    • The free credit card offer is only applicable for the following cards:
      - NBK Visa Platinum Credit Card 
      - NBK Platinum Mastercard Credit Card
      - NBK World Mastercard Credit Card 
      - NBK Visa Signature Credit Card (without Miles)
    • Customers need a Skyward Miles number in order to redeem the miles offer 
    • If customer does not follow the declarations above, the Bank has a legal right to claim the amount owed back to the Bank from any account in the customer’s name in the value of the gift taken
    • Customer is not authorized to receive any of the salary transfer campaign awards in the following cases:
      - The transferred salary amount with NBK is only the support salary paid for working in the private sector and not the basic salary from the employer
      - Customer has benefited from one of the previous salary transfer offers in the last 12 months
